These are the arts of Jet Li, Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, the style whose movements and techniques grace the screen in such films as THE MATRIX and CROUCHING TIGER, HIDDEN DRAGON. From the slow, graceful healing movements of Taijiquan, to the power and practicality of classical Shaolin, to the bold and extreme athleticism of modern wushu, all of the varied styles of wushu are welcome here.
