This ring is for the AKC recognized toy breeds of dogs. Reputable breeders and private owners are welcome. Puppy mills and commercial breeders are not allowed. For reference, "commercial breeder" means breeding for money as opposed to breeding to improve the breed or thoughtful breeding through love of the breed. IF YOU SELL DOGS "free" hosts (geocities, bravenet, tripod, etc.) will NOT be accepted. This webring hopes to promote responsible ownership and breeding practices within the group of our smallest canine companions. As this ring was adopted, some sites are "grandfathered" in.
