Llamas (Lama glama) are from the Andes Mountains of South America. They weigh up to 280 pounds and may reach 6 feet tall. Their fiber is free of lanolin and very soft. The Incas used them for pack animals, meat, and a source of fiber for weaving. People of the Andes still use them this way. Llamas is a circle of webrings providing information on Llamas and offering their hair or young for sale.
