structure iii is a play-by-email superhero roleplaying campaign using gurps 4th edition, gurps supers, and other rulebooks; created and gamemastered by david seagraves.
the setting is austin, texas in the year 2000 -- a world very similar to our own, except that superpowers exist and thousands of people have gained powers! all countries have outlawed paranormal abilities and the people who possess them.
